Courses will be held in different locations, including each of the pilot study areas. During these intensive courses, not only senior scientists and young researchers, but also local stakeholders, administration officers and representatives from the civil protection are invited to participate. These will consider the legitimate interests of the people involved that are directly affected by the risk settings and the different risk cultures in the member states. A number of courses are offered to all ESR/ERs:
Some of the courses will also be available in on-line form, allowing ESR/ERs to access these materials later on in their work. Certificates will be awarded and the courses are credited in the ECTS system.
Apart from the Network courses also a number of specialized courses can be selected by individual ESRs. These are courses offered by the Network partners for their own students or by other organizations and in which the ESRs can participate to enhance their capacity in a particular field.
Professional skills courses
These courses are intended to train the ERS in the skills required as young researcher to increase their professional skills, related to research planning, research ethics, valorization, dissemination and project management.
For courses that have taken place you can access the training materials by clicking on the course title.
